Bij Boon draait alles om samenwerking en persoonlijk contact. Onze focus ligt op klanttevredenheid en maatschappelijke doelen, maar altijd met respect en aandacht voor het welzijn van onze collega's. Als onafhankelijk kantoor met meer dan 85 deskundige en betrokken professionals werken wij dagelijks vanuit ons gezellige kantoor nabij het station in Apeldoorn aan het succes van onze klanten. Of het nu gaat om accountancy, belastingadvies, fusies of overnames, we doen het met elkaar onder één dak én met een gezonde dosis plezier! Met een kop koffie of thee erbij kijk je wat er vandaag op de planning staat. Zijn er collega's met IT vragen, loopt er ergens iets vast of staat er een digitaliseringsproject op je te wachten? Je begint met een vraag van een collega die ergens tegenaan loopt met software of hardware. Je zoekt uit wat er aan de hand is en zorgt dat het probleem wordt opgelost. Soms doe je dat zelf, soms schakel je een externe IT-partner in. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat collega's snel weer verder kunnen. Later op de ochtend werk je aan de digitale werkomgeving van Boon. Je kijkt bijvoorbeeld naar een applicatie die beter kan of onderzoekt hoe we slimmer kunnen werken met AI. Je denkt niet alleen na over wat technisch mogelijk is, maar vooral over wat het ons oplevert en welke risico's we moeten meenemen. In de middag heb je overleg met het directieteam over een IT-vraagstuk of een lopend digitaliseringsproject. Je geeft advies, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat plannen ook echt worden uitgevoerd.
