IT Beheerder Automatisering en Monitoring Allround Computer Service (ACS) Zuid-Holland 32 - 40 uur ICT Allround Computer Service (ACS) Voor ons interne beheer team waar wij onze klanten bedienen voor de diensten die zij bij ons afnemen, zoeken wij uitbreiding om de dienstverlening naar onze klanten nog verder te verbeteren. Wat ga je doen? - Samen met je collega's verzorg je dat alle geautomatiseerde diensten correct functioneren. Bijvoorbeeld het updaten van servers, werkplekken en firewalls van onze klanten. - Je reageert op afwijkingen en alerts uit onze systemen. Denk hierbij aan monitoring, back-up of security meldingen; - Controleert en monitort de omgevingen van onze klanten, proactief, zodat we verstoringen voorkomen; - Je verzorgt de automatische rapportages naar onze klanten met betrekking tot deze diensten; - Je maakt het leven van jezelf, de collega's en onze klanten makkelijker door verder te automatiseren; - Je beheert onze platformen waarmee wij onze dienstverlenging uitvoeren. Denk hierbij aan onze RMM tooling, Firewall Manager en de integratie met AutoTask; - Je speelt een actieve rol in de implementatie van nieuwe tooling. Denk hierbij aan onze nieuwe back-up controle oplossing. Functie-eisen - Minimaal hbo denkniveau en meerdere jaren ervaring in de IT; - Ambitie om met ons mee te groeien en onze diensten verder uit te bouwen; - Analytisch sterk, proces gericht en werkt graag met data; - Goede communicatie vaardigheden, je schakelt intern met de afdelingen en direct met onze klanten. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is daar onderdeel van; - Je vind automatiseren en scripting leuk, PowerShell, Commandlines, je kent je weg; - Je hebt ervaring met back-upoplossing, monitoringoplossingen en RMM tools; - Kennis van AutoTask, DattoRMM en ITGlue is een fijne pré, heb je dit nog niet dan is een gezonde drive om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen ook goed.
