The posting

Bij Darta zet je mee je schouders onder een internationale groeigroep waar ondernemerschap, samenwerking en nuchterheid centraal staan. Als IT Business Analist Sales en Purchase ben jij de brug tussen business en IT: je vertaalt noden naar duidelijke oplossingen en helpt onze SAP-processen verder uit te rollen en te standaardiseren binnen de groep.

  • Je wordt onze inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor Verkoop en Aankoop (SD/MM) en bouwt een sterk netwerk uit met key users.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over het master data-luik: governance, datakwaliteit en procesafspraken.
  • Je monitort de EDI processen binnen jouw domein (bv. Integratie met 3PL, Facturatie, Desadv,.... )
  • Je brengt businessnoden helder in kaart en vertaalt ze naar concrete requirements voor SAP en aanverwante applicaties.
  • Waar mogelijk voer je configuraties en kleine aanpassingen zelf uit; voor grotere changes stem je af met onze implementatiepartner.
  • Je analyseert wijzigingen en nieuwe vragen, documenteert ze duidelijk (processen, flows, testscenario’s) en begeleidt de implementatie van A tot Z.
  • Je helpt processen te standaardiseren en ondersteunt collega’s bij de adoptie in verschillende sites.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol in de verdere uitrol van SAP binnen onze internationale sites.
  • Je rapporteert aan de IT Applications Manager en werkt nauw samen met Sales, Purchase, en IT.
  • Je behandelt de support tickets van de business voor jouw domein
  • Je hebt een bachelor in IT, (handels)ingenieur, economie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste ervaring als SAP business analist (min 2 jaar).
  • Kennis van Mendix en VIM is een plus.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen (hands-on).
  • Je hebt een positieve mindset en bent leergierig, zowel inhoudelijk als technisch.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in andere SAP domeinen en het schrikt je niet af om met hen rond de tafel te zitten
  • Je denkt mee, brengt verbeterideeën aan en kan prioriteiten afwegen in functie van onze strategie.
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en helpt teams vooruit richting gezamenlijke doelen.
  • Je gaat graag op zoek naar de kern van een probleem en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je drukt je professioneel uit in het Nederlands en Engels, richting collega’s en leveranciers.
  • Je bent bereid om af en toe naar een site in binnen- of buitenland te reizen.
