En precies daar kom jij in beeld. Als IT Business Consultant Microsoft 365 & Copilot Adoptie bij DLA ICT help je klanten om meer waarde te halen uit hun digitale werkplek. Je adviseert organisaties over moderne samenwerking, Microsoft 365, Copilot en AI-toepassingen. Daarbij sla je de brug tussen technologie, bedrijfsprocessen en gebruikers. Je bent dus geen puur technische specialist, maar vooral een sterke gesprekspartner die begrijpt hoe organisaties werken en hoe verandering succesvol wordt gerealiseerd. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol begeleid je klanten van adviesfase tot succesvolle implementatie en adoptie. Je voert klantinventarisaties, workshops en maturity assessments uit en vertaalt bedrijfsdoelstellingen naar concrete roadmaps, adoptieplannen en business cases. Ook verzorg je trainingen, kennissessies en inspiratiesessies voor eindgebruikers, key-users en management. Daarnaast herken je commerciële kansen bij bestaande klanten en werk je nauw samen met accountmanagers, projectmanagers en ICT-engineers. Je stelt adviesoffertes en projectvoorstellen op, presenteert deze aan klanten en draagt bij aan de verdere groei van onze consultancy- en adoptiediensten. Ook lever je een actieve bijdrage aan webinars, klantbijeenkomsten en content rondom Microsoft 365, AI en Copilot. Wie ben jij? Jij bent een ondernemende en klantgerichte consultant met een praktische instelling. Je weet complexe IT-onderwerpen begrijpelijk te maken voor directie, management en gebruikers.
