Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Bewaken van de voortgang van openstaande IT-meldingen rondom werkplekken, netwerken en systemen. Afstemmen met de externe IT-partner en bijsturen wanneer meldingen onvoldoende voortgang hebben. Fungeren als intern aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers over de status en afhandeling van IT-vraagstukken. Tijdig escaleren van incidenten wanneer dat noodzakelijk is. Bewaken van gemaakte SLA-afspraken met IT-leveranciers. Periodiek rapporteren over de kwaliteit en voortgang van de IT-dienstverlening. Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en voorstellen doen voor structurele verbeteringen. Beheren van het applicatie- en changeportfolio. Registreren, beoordelen, prioriteren, plannen en bewaken van wijzigingsverzoeken. Coördineren van changes vanaf de analysefase tot en met implementatie en oplevering. Onderhouden van contacten met ERP- en softwareleveranciers over beheer, updates, incidenten en doorontwikkeling. Afstemmen van ontwikkelcapaciteit en prioriteiten rondom bedrijfsapplicaties.
