Ben jij een ervaren IT Team Lead, IT Manager of IT-verantwoordelijke die graag zowel people management als techniek combineert? Zoek je een rol waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over een compact IT-team, maar ook zelf betrokken blijft bij de dagelijkse IT-werking? Dan is deze functie een mooie kans om jouw ervaring in te zetten binnen een stabiele en familiale organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een IT-team van 3 medewerkers.
  • Instaan voor planning, taakverdeling, prioriteiten en opvolging.
  • Fungeren als centraal IT-aanspreekpunt voor het management en de organisatie.
  • Zelf hands-on betrokken blijven bij IT-vraagstukken rond hardware, software en support.
  • Meedenken over de verdere digitalisering en IT-strategie van de organisatie.
  • Onderzoeken en voorbereiden van beslissingen rond AI, leveranciers, software en IT-investeringen.
  • Nieuwe software en systemen implementeren en medewerkers hierin begeleiden en opleiden.
  • IT-projecten opvolgen en zorgen voor een goede uitvoering en samenwerking.
  • Technische en operationele uitdagingen zelfstandig opnemen en waar nodig bijspringen.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is een stabiele en groeiende retailorganisatie met ongeveer 200 medewerkers, verspreid over verschillende bedrijven. IT speelt een belangrijke rol binnen de organisatie en een groot deel van de software wordt inhouse ontwikkeld.

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring als IT Team Lead, IT Manager, IT Coordinator of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende IT-rol.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, coachen en organiseren van een IT-team.
  • Je beschikt over een brede technische kennis van hardware, software en IT-omgevingen.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld en vindt het belangrijk om voeling te houden met de operationele IT-werking.
  • Je communiceert sterk en kunt technische materie helder uitleggen aan niet-technische collega's.
  • Je schakelt vlot tussen operationele problemen, people management en bredere IT-vraagstukken.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, stelt prioriteiten en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Kennis van Java, Spring of Spring Boot is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
