Lees snel verder! 32 - 40 uur IT Engineer Service & Delivery NIJKERK Functie omschrijving Als IT Engineer Service & Delivery ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de organisatie, gebruikers en de externe IT-dienstverlener. Je zorgt ervoor dat IT-vraagstukken worden opgelost en neemt zelf de verantwoordelijkheid wanneer situaties daarom vragen. Je regelt alles rondom IT-hardware, ondersteunt bij wijzigingen in de Microsoft 365-omgeving en begeleid IT-changes en projecten. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's op verschillende niveaus, van medewerkers op de productievloer tot het management. Ook bezoek je regelmatig andere productielocaties om technische vraagstukken op te lossen en ervoor te zorgen dat systemen goed blijven functioneren. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig zaken te organiseren en verbeteringen door te voeren. Daarnaast draai je gemiddeld één week per maand een consignatiedienst, waarvoor je een aanvullende vergoeding ontvangt. Een afwisselende functie voor iemand die graag dingen regelt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en niet terugdeinst voor een technische uitdaging! Functie eisen - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen IT-support, werkplekbeheer, IT Service Delivery of een vergelijkbare IT-functie; - Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van ICT of Informatica; - Kennis van Microsoft 365, Windows-omgevingen en IT Service Management-processen zoals ITIL; - Je schakelt gemakkelijk met collega's op verschillende niveaus en weet technische vraagstukken helder uit te leggen; - Je bent zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief sterk, staat stevig in je schoenen en durft tegengas te geven wanneer dat nodig ...
