Azure Jobboard Je wilt werken aan complexe Microsoft- en hybride infrastructuurvraagstukken in een rol met echte invloed. Bij Advisor krijg je die ruimte. Als Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer vertaal je klantvragen naar technische oplossingen, draag je de technische eindverantwoordelijkheid in projecten en word je het technisch geweten van jouw klanten. Je werkt met moderne technologie als Azure Local, spart met andere experts en komt terecht in een informele organisatie met veel kennis in huis. Hier krijg je veel vrijheid en pak je echt eigenaarschap in je werk. Mijdrecht 32 - 40 uur ICT Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer ben jij de technische spil tussen klantvraag, oplossing en uitvoering. Zonder jouw kennis en regie blijven projecten hangen in losse ideeën, ontbreekt technische richting en mist de klant de zekerheid die nodig is. Juist dat maakt deze rol interessant: je denkt mee vanaf het eerste technische gesprek, vertaalt vraagstukken naar een concrete oplossing en houdt daarna ook inhoudelijk de regie. Om deze rol goed te vervullen, houd jij je dagelijks bezig met: - Vertalen van klantvragen uit technische salesgesprekken naar een passende cloud- of infrastructuuroplossing. - Ontwerpen en begeleiden van infrastructuur- en migratieprojecten, waarbij jij de technische eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt. - Bewaken van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van klantomgevingen, onder andere vanuit security by design. - Onderhouden van klantcontact na livegang, periodieke gesprekken over de afgesproken SLA's. - Actieve advisering op tactisch niveau. Denk aan roadmaps maken en -ongevraagde- adviezen geven over bijvoorbeeld security. - Meenemen en coachen van junior collega's in techniek, aanpak en kennisdeling. Wat breng je mee?
