Wir suchen ab sofort einen engagierten IT-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der die technische Infrastruktur unseres Unternehmens unterstützt und weiterentwickelt.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

- Hardware & Software-Support: Verwaltung und Wartung von IT-Systemen und Geräten (CPU, RAM, Festplatten etc.).

- Betriebssysteme: Betreuung und Administration von Windows, macOS und Linux.

- Netzwerkmanagement: Sicherstellung des Netzwerkinfrastruktur-Betriebs (IP-Adressierung, Routing, Switching).

- Programmierung: Entwicklung von Skripten oder Anwendungen (z. B. Python, Java, C++, JavaScript).

- Datenbanken: Verwaltung und Optimierung von SQL-Datenbanken.

- IT-Sicherheit: Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Verschlüsselung, Firewalls, Zugriffskontrollen).

- Webtechnologien: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Wartung von Webanwendungen (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

- Systemadministration: Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen.

- Cloud Computing: Arbeit mit Cloud-Systemen (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) und hybriden Modellen.

- Troubleshooting: Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme in Hard- und Software sowie Netzwerken.

- Projektmanagement: Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten.

- Kommunikation: Klare Vermittlung technischer Inhalte an technische und nicht-technische Stakeholder.

Ihr Profil:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informationstechnologie, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

- Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder in der Systemadministration erforderlich

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, idealerweise auch macOS und Linux

- Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching)

- Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Cloud-Technologien von Vorteil

- Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen (z. B. Python, Java, C++, JavaScript)

- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL-Datenbanken

- Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Serviceorientierung

- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

- FSB + PKW zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes
