Du brennst für IT-Infrastruktur und End-User-Support, arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und willst die IT-Landschaft eines Unternehmens aktiv mitgestalten? Du übernimmst Verantwortung, unterstützt interne User professionell und sorgst dafür, dass IT-Systeme stabil, sicher und effizient laufen? DEIN PROFIL

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder bringst als Quereinsteiger_in nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung im User-Support und der Systemadministration mit.

* Du kennst dich mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira) aus und betreust Windows-Clients sowie Microsoft-Standardtools souverän.

* Du hast Erfahrung in der Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung, Microsoft 365 und grundlegenden IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.

* Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für die IT-Systeme und die Anwenderzufriedenheit.

* Du bringst Eigenmotivation, Teamgeist und eine hohe Hands-on-Mentalität mit.

* Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch sowie Englisch und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Endpoint-Management-Plattformen (Intune, MDM, Patch My PC).

DEINE AUFGABEN

* Du unterstützt unsere internen User als First-Level-Support und bearbeitest Tickets professionell über unser Jira-Ticketsystem.

* Du verwaltest Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechte in Active Directory und Entra ID.

* Du betreust das Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden und stellst sicher, dass alle Systeme reibungslos bereitstehen.

* Du administrierst und betreust Microsoft 365 und setzt grundlegende IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen um (Passwortrichtlinien, Berechtigungen, MFA).

* Du rollst Arbeitsgeräte aus, konfigurierst sie und stellst sie den Usern bereit.

* Du übernimmst Patch- und Update-Management für Clients und Server, Lifecycle-Management von IT-Hardware sowie Verwaltung mobiler Endgeräte.

* Du pflegst Gruppenrichtlinien (GPOs), dokumentierst IT-Systeme und -Prozesse und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur mit.

* Du optimierst Support- und IT-Prozesse und trägst so dazu bei, dass unsere User effizient und sicher arbeiten können.
