Als AI Developer bouw je mee aan drie concrete, strategische AI-usecases binnen een Microsoft Azure-omgeving. Je vertaalt technische ontwerpen en businessvereisten naar werkende, robuuste en production-ready oplossingen. Je focus ligt nadrukkelijk op hands-on development, integratie, testing, deployment en monitoring. Je werkt nauw samen met business stakeholders, Business Automation Analysts, Product Owners, architecten en andere developers. Je draagt actief bij aan technische keuzes en ontwikkelstandaarden, en ondersteunt junior developers met praktische begeleiding, code reviews en kennisdeling.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en implementeren van generatieve AI- en machine-learningoplossingen op Microsoft Azure
  • Hands-on ontwikkelen van drie prioritaire AI-usecases met Azure AI Services, Azure Openai en Python
  • Ontwikkelen van Python-services, REST API's, integraties en intelligente automatiseringen
  • Opzetten en optimaliseren van Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search en enterprise knowledge retrieval
  • Inrichten van testing, evaluatie, monitoring, logging en observability voor kwaliteit, performantie en betrouwbaarheid
  • Automatiseren van builds en deployments via GIT, Azure DevOps en CI/CD-pipelines
  • Vertalen van security-, privacy-, compliance- en governancevereisten naar technische controles en ontwikkelstandaarden
  • Meewerken aan de overgang van proof of concept naar productie, met aandacht voor schaalbaarheid, onderhoudbaarheid en kostenefficiëntie
  • Ontwikkelen van herbruikbare componenten, referentie-implementaties en technische best practices
  • Ondersteunen van junior developers via pairing, code reviews, technische begeleiding en kennisdeling
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als software developer, AI engineer of solution engineer
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten en industrialiseren van AI-oplossingen binnen een Microsoft Azure-omgeving
  • Sterke kennis van Python en ervaring met software-engineeringprincipes zoals clean code, testing en versiebeheer
  • Ervaring met Azure AI Services, Azure Openai en cloud-native integratiepatronen
  • Ervaring met REST API's, identity & access management en integraties met enterprise toepassingen
  • Praktische ervaring met GIT, Azure DevOps en CI/CD
  • Je kunt zelfstandig ontwikkelen, technische voorstellen formuleren en binnen het team ownership opnemen voor toegewezen componenten
  • Je communiceert helder met technische en niet-technische stakeholders
  • Je werkt pragmatisch, kritisch en resultaatgericht in een multidisciplinaire omgeving
