Momenteel zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analist. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen van gedetailleerde vereisten en functionele specificatie voor de ontwikkeling en verbetering van IT-systemen
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Enterprise Business Architect en het Business Relationship & Planning Team om kennis uit te wisselen over Business
  • Je ontwikkelt functionele specificaties, produceert deliverables gerelateerd aan het (de) toegewezen project(en) en assisteert bij post-implementatie ondersteuning
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, compileren en synthetiseren van informatie met betrekking tot technologische processen en systemen
  • Je vertaalt high level business requirements naar functionele specificaties voor de IT organisatie en beheert wijzigingen hierin
  • Je ontwikkelt testcases voor gebruikers en valideert testresultaten tijdens gebruikersacceptatietests
  • Bijwerken van documentatie van processen, creëren van herbruikbare en deelbare assets
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van user stories, story MAPS en use cases
  • Ervaring met het definiëren van functionele en niet-functionele vereisten
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van duidelijke aanvaardingscriteria (acceptance criteria)
  • Architecturale affiniteit en bij voorkeur ervaring met het uitwerken van oplossingsrichtingen, systeemintegraties en architecturale concepten
  • In staat om vanuit een end-to-end perspectief mee te denken over de impact van requirements op applicaties, systemen, data en integraties
  • Technische achtergrond en kennis van technologieën zoals Mainframe, Java en/of .NET
  • In staat om technische en functionele vereisten te vertalen naar haalbare IT-oplossingen en hierover af te stemmen met architecten en development teams
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van Engels en Frans
  • In staat om de activiteiten en processen van businesspartners te analyseren en sterktes, zwaktes en verbeterpunten te identificeren
  • Je beschikt over expertise in de business unit(s) die zij ondersteunen, alsmede over inzicht in de systemen en mogelijkheden van de IT-organisatie
  • Goede kennis van de businessdomeinen en bedrijfsfuncties die worden ondersteund, gecombineerd met inzicht in de IT-systemen en mogelijkheden van de organisatie
  • Procesgericht en in staat om complexe processen te structureren en te optimaliseren
  • Sterk analytisch denkvermogen en het vermogen om verbanden te leggen tussen business, processen, data en IT
  • Ervaring met het in kaart brengen van processen, systemen, afhankelijkheden en integraties
  • Bereidheid en beschikbaarheid om occasioneel naar het buitenland te reizen
