The posting

Help mee aan de toekomst van AI-gestuurde productiviteit bij de klant. Als onderdeel van het AI Center of Excellence ontwerp, bouw en schaal je AI-gestuurde oplossingen met behulp van het Microsoft Power Platform en het Copilot-ecosysteem.

Je ontwikkelt intelligente agents, automatiseert bedrijfsprocessen en helpt teams om de meerwaarde van AI in hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden te benutten. Je combineert hands-on oplossingsontwikkeling met het ondersteunen en begeleiden van de business. Je begrijpt hoe je ideeën omzet in werkende oplossingen en hoe je gebruikers helpt om deze succesvol in gebruik te nemen. Deze functie is gericht op low-code AI, automatisering en productiviteitsplatformen. Je werkt nauw samen met onze AI Engineers en Data Scientists, die zich richten op maatwerk- en high-code AI-oplossingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen van AI-agents, workflowautomatiseringen en productiviteitsoplossingen met het Microsoft AI-ecosysteem, waaronder Microsoft 365 Copilot en Copilot Studio
  • Vertalen van zakelijke opportuniteiten naar schaalbare low-codeoplossingen die meetbare meerwaarde opleveren
  • Ontwikkelen van herbruikbare agentpatronen, sjablonen, connectors en versnellers die binnen Baloise opnieuw kunnen worden ingezet
  • Ontwerpen en onderhouden van herbruikbare agentpatronen
  • Ondersteunen en coachen van citizen developers, business- en productteams bij de implementatie van low-code- en AI-oplossingen
  • Bijdragen aan governance, beveiliging, lifecyclemanagement en best practices voor het Power Platform en AI-agents
  • Samenwerken met Product Owners, AI Engineers, Data Scientists en AI Coaches om end-to-end bedrijfsoplossingen te realiseren
  • Sterke relaties opbouwen met stakeholders uit de business en helpen bij het prioriteren van AI- en automatiseringsopportuniteiten
  • Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van oplossingen binnen het Microsoft-ecosysteem
  • Grondige kennis van Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot en Dataverse
  • Ervaring met Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents of conversationele AI-platformen
  • Sterke interesse in Generatieve AI, AI-agents, Microsoft 365 Copilot en intelligente automatisering
  • In staat om zakelijke vereisten te vertalen naar praktische en gebruiksvriendelijke oplossingen
  • Inzicht in governance, beveiliging en lifecyclemanagement binnen Power Platform-omgevingen
  • Kennis van Azure AI, AI Foundry of API-integraties is een pluspunt
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Ervaring met het leiden of aansturen van low-code- en automatiseringsinitiatieven
  • Ervaring met het Microsoft AI- en low-code-ecosysteem
  • Ervaring in een Agile/Scrum-omgeving
  • In staat om zowel technische als zakelijke stakeholders te betrekken en te overtuigen
  • Troeven Microsoft Power Platform-certificeringen (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) Ervaring met de uitbreidingsmogelijkheden van Microsoft 365 Copilot en de ontwikkeling van agents Ervaring in een AI-, automatiserings- of digitale transformatieomgeving Ervaring met het ontwikkelen van herbruikbare enterprise-automatiseringsmogelijkheden en praktijkgemeenschappen (communities of practice) Ervaring in de verzekeringssector
