The posting

Als IT Process & Governance Coordinator maak je deel uit van een transversaal team dat de IT-organisatie in haar geheel ondersteunt. Je rapporteert aan de IT-directie en werkt over de verschillende IT-domeinen heen. Het team omvat de domeinen Office-IT, Budget-IT en Coaching-IT.

Je coördineert de werking en organisatie van de drie domeinen en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen de verschillende stakeholders. Daarnaast neem je een actieve rol op in change management en ondersteun je veranderingsinitiatieven binnen het IT-departement. Je analyseert en optimaliseert processen, brengt structuur en werkt mee aan het vereenvoudigen van procedures. Hiervoor stem je nauw af met ondersteunende diensten (o.a. Facilities, Procurement, ...) zodoende een efficiënte en transparante werking te waarborgen.

Je bent een sleutelfiguur in het budgetbeheer en de budgetopvolging van het departement. Je volgt budgetten nauwgezet op, coördineert aankoopaanvragen en zorgt voor een correcte contractopvolging in samenwerking met de aankoopdienst. Daarnaast bewaak je de efficiënte inzet van externe middelen en stuur je bij waar nodig om een optimale inzet van beschikbare resources te garanderen.

Je zorgt voor een efficiënte aansturing van het transversale team en brengt structuur in de werking, prioriteiten en besluitvorming. Je bewaakt de interne governance, faciliteert de samenwerking en zorgt ervoor dat acties en initiatieven doelgericht worden opgevolgd.

Je faciliteert kennisdeling tussen teams en draagt bij aan een consistente en efficiënte manier van werken en begeleidt een team van Agile Coaches naar procesoptimalisatie en continue verbetering.

Profiel

Je beschikt over een Master in de Informatica of je kan gelijkwaardige ervaring aantonen. Je hebt een relevante ervaring in het domein.

Je hebt ervaring in het organisatorisch aansturen van teams, toont leiderschap en hebt ervaring in projectmanagement.

Je hebt ervaring met werken volgens Agile.

Je hebt een basiskennis van aankoopprocedures binnen overheidsopdrachten.

Kennis van procesmodellering (flowchats, BPMN, ...), Atlassian-tools (JIRA, Confluence) is een pluspunt.

Je gebruikt regelmatig en op een efficiënte manier generatieve AI-tools in je privé- en professionele context en bent geïnteresseerd en nieuwsgierig naar de ontwikkelingen in dit domein.

Je denkt op een innovatieve manier en brengt creatieve ideeën aan door nieuwe perspectieven en oplossingen te verkennen. Je bent flexibel en past je vlot aan veranderende omstandigheden en uiteenlopende situaties aan.

Je stelt proactief doelstellingen en werkt gestructureerde actieplannen uit binnen de beschikbare middelen en termijnen.

Tot slot zoek je continu naar verbeteringen en optimalisaties van bestaande processen en test je nieuwe werkwijzen uit.

Je communiceert vlot in het Frans en het Engels.
