Over Skytechnics Sinds de oprichting in 2019 is Skytechnics in sneltempo uitgegroeid tot een topspeler in de markt van elektrische laadinfrastructuur. Naast onze positie als marktleider in thuisinstallaties, kennen onze B2B-projecten en service-activiteiten een enorme groei. Om deze zakelijke tak digitaal perfect te ondersteunen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven IT Project Manager.

Let op: Voor deze functie kan je aan de slag vanuit ons filiaal in Nazareth óf Tessenderlo. Geef bij je sollicitatie gerust je voorkeur aan!

Jouw rol Als IT Project Manager sta jij aan de wieg van de digitalisering van onze B2B- en service-afdeling. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om een gloednieuw platform op te starten, te implementeren en verder te beheren. Jouw focus ligt uitsluitend op onze zakelijke klanten en onderhoudscontracten (de particuliere thuisinstallaties vallen in eerste instantie buiten de scope van dit project).

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Platform implementatie: Je leidt de opstart en uitrol van een gespecialiseerd IT-platform of ERP-systeem ter ondersteuning van onze service-, interventie- en B2B-projecten.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je vertaalt de noden van de business (zoals SLA-beheer, ticketing voor storingen en projectopvolging) naar efficiënte digitale workflows.
  • Beheer & Support: Na de go-live blijf jij de beheerder van het platform. Je traint collega's, lost problemen op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Schakelrol: Je bent de brug tussen de operationele teams, de directie en eventuele externe softwareleveranciers.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring: Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in IT Project Management, bij voorkeur met de implementatie van ERP- of service management systemen.
  • Odoo: Ervaring met of kennis van Odoo is een zéér sterke plus!
  • Analytisch & Hands-on: Je kan complexe processen analyseren, maar steekt net zo graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen om de systemen draaiende te krijgen.
  • Talenkennis: Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands.
  • Rijbewijs: Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B.
