Een consultancyrol als IT Projectmanager bij Randstad Digital betekent dat je aan het roer staat bij bepalende organisaties: van gemeenten, provincies en ministeries tot internationale marktpartijen. Je bent hier geen behoudende procesvolger, maar een inhoudelijk adviseur die ingewikkelde organisatorische uitdagingen omzet in een strakke, voorspelbare Delivery. Met een stevige basis van minstens 5 jaar ervaring geef je richting aan multidisciplinaire IT-teams, bewaak je nauwgezet de budgetten en kwaliteit, en neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor het eindresultaat. Je brengt een bewezen staat van dienst mee in omvangrijke trajecten rondom Cloud-transities, AI & Data, Cyber Security, ERP/CRM-implementaties en Software Development. Doordat je zowel de Agile/Scrum-filosofie als de traditionele watervalmethodiek beheerst, overbrug je moeiteloos het verschil tussen beide werelden. Je kijkt bovendien veel verder dan alleen de code: met jouw kennis van changemanagement, organisatieadvies en Lean-principes elimineer je verspilling en borg je dat vernieuwingen blijvend landen. Door je natuurlijke stakeholdermanagement weet je draagvlak te creëren op elk niveau, van de werkvloer tot aan de directiekamer. Stel je voor: je start op een cruciale positie bij een omvangrijke overheidsdienst met een forse digitaliseringsagenda.
