Wat je gaat doen Als service manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor inrichten en beheren van de IT-keten voor onze eigen en de staf afdelingen. Jij zorgt voor goede afspraken en richtlijnen met de leverende IT partijen; inrichting ITIL processen en SLA-afspraken. Daarnaast zorg jij voor de 2e-lijns afhandeling en communicatie bij incidenten en hebt hier een coördinerende rol. Verder zorg je dat de LCM en assessments worden gepland en tijdig uitgevoerd. Je werkt hiervoor samen met engineers, security, risk en compliance collega's. Je houdt het overzicht op het totale proces en stuurt je collega's aan om op tijd hun werk te leveren voor de totale keten. Vaak zijn jouw eigen werkzaamheden ook onderdeel hiervan in zowel het beheer als verandering van applicaties en processen. Je hebt dynamische werkdagen waarin je zelf voldoende structuur weet aan te brengen om je werk te realiseren. Bovendien is je omgeving volop in verandering waar ook het team en jij zich op aanpassen.
