Voor onze klant, een groeiende organisatie met meer dan 50 winkels, zijn we op zoek naar een IT Support Medewerker. Vanuit de centrale diensten worden de winkels en interne medewerkers dagelijks ondersteund met betrouwbare IT-oplossingen en systemen.

Je wordt het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers met IT-vragen en problemen. Je start voornamelijk met eerstelijnsondersteuning, maar naarmate je meer ervaring en kennis opbouwt, krijg je ook de kans om mee te werken aan tweedelijnsondersteuning en testing.

Je werkt voornamelijk on-site en staat dicht bij de gebruikers. Af en toe ga je ook langs bij één van de winkels om ter plaatse ondersteuning te bieden; hiervoor krijg je een bedrijfswagen.

Je krijgt een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur binnen een stabiele en groeiende organisatie, met ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen IT.

Functie

  • Je vervult de rol van 1st/2nd line support voor de centrale diensten en winkels (primair remote, maar ook on-site)
  • Je monitort de werking en de POS systemen en escaleert issues naar de juiste partij.
  • Je staat mee in voor een goede registratie en opvolging in de servicedesktool Zendesk.
  • Je draagt bij aan de POS/ERP-functionaliteit en up-to-date houden van documentatie voor de winkels.
  • Je signaleert mogelijke risico's en verbeterpunten

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent gemotiveerd om de systemen te leren kennen
  • Je combineert je kennis met een sterke klantgerichte aanpak
  • Je staat open voor continue verbetering en feedback
  • Kennis van ERP en MS Navision (of Business Central) is vereist
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Frans om support te kunnen geven
  • Je bent bereid mee te draaien in een permanentie systeem (met correcte vergoeding)
  • Je bent een teamplayer die elke dag wilt bijleren en daar de kans toe krijgt
