Als IT Support Medewerker ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat technische problemen snel worden opgelost en collega’s zonder zorgen met hun systemen kunnen werken.

Voor een organisatie in Zaltbommel zijn wij op zoek naar een klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte IT-professional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt binnen een veelzijdige supportfunctie.

Wat ga je doen? Je werkt binnen een professionele IT-omgeving waarin je gebruikers ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende technische vragen. Je hebt contact met collega’s met verschillende niveaus van IT-kennis en weet technische informatie op een begrijpelijke manier uit te leggen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Behandelen en oplossen van 1e- en 2e-lijns IT-vragen, incidenten en serviceverzoeken. - Ondersteunen van gebruikers met Microsoft 365, Windows 11 en werkplekomgevingen. - Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van meldingen in Jira/Atlassian. - Meedenken over vragen rondom computers, software, accounts, applicaties en randapparatuur. - Ondersteunen bij netwerkgerelateerde vraagstukken en inschakelen van andere IT-specialisten wanneer dat nodig is. - Werken volgens ITIL-processen, waaronder incident-, change- en problem management, en gebruikers begeleiden bij het gebruik van systemen en digitale toepassingen. - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en actief meedenken over de kwaliteit en efficiëntie van de IT-support en dienstverlening.

Je krijgt daarbij een afwisselende rol waarin techniek en communicatie elkaar continu afwisselen. De ene keer los je zelfstandig een technisch probleem op, de andere keer help je een collega stap voor stap op weg.
