1 IT System Engineer - Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management (all genders) Was du gerne tun wirst * Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen Endpoint-Management-Plattformen mit Microsoft Intune und SCCM. * Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Windows-Client- und Server-Betriebssystemen. * Planung und Umsetzung von OS Deployment, Configuration Management und Patchmanagement. * Bereitstellung und Verteilung von Applikationen für Clients und Server. * Entwicklung von Lösungen für Mobile Device Management und spezialisierte Endpoints, beispielsweise Funkscanner oder andere industrielle Endgeräte. * Standardisierung und Automatisierung von Endpoint-Management-Prozessen. * Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und sicheren Patchmanagements für Betriebssysteme und Applikationen. * Analyse komplexer technischer Probleme und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Lösungen. * Bereitstellung zentraler Plattformen, Standards und Werkzeuge für unsere regionalen IT-Organisationen. * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen IT-Teams sowie anderen zentralen IT-Bereichen. * Mitarbeit an internationalen Projekten und der kontinuierlichen Modernisierung unserer Endpoint-Landschaft.

Was macht dich großartig * Sie haben einen technischen Abschluss abgeschlossen oder verfügen über eine höhere technische Ausbildung mit mehreren Jahren Berufserfahrung * Umfangreiche Erfahrung in IT-Umgebungen, insbesondere mit Softwarelösungen für Ersatzteilmanagement und Wartungsplanung, ist unerlässlich * Sie haben eine starke Affinität zur Technologie und eine Leidenschaft dafür, bestehende Prozesse und Technologien zu optimieren * Du organisierst deine Arbeit konsequent und hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement * Als Teamplayer inspirieren Sie andere mit Ihren sozialen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten * Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, geschäftlich zu reisen, sind erforderlich

Das bringst du mit * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune, SCCM oder vergleichbaren Endpoint-Management-Lösungen. * Gute Kenntnisse im Management von Windows Clients und idealerweise Windows Server. * Erfahrung mit Software Deployment, OS Deployment und Patchmanagement. * Verständnis von Mobile Device Management und modernen Endpoint-Management-Konzepten. * Interesse an Automatisierung, Standardisierung und moderner Cloud-basierter Geräteverwaltung. * Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise an technische Fragestellungen. * Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen und regionalen IT-Teams. * Professionelle Englischkenntnisse. Erfahrung mit PowerShell, Microsoft Entra ID, Autopilot, Application Packaging, Mobile Devices oder dem Management spezialisierter industrieller Endpoints ist von Vorteil - du musst aber nicht bereits alle diese Bereiche abdecken.
