Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen: 1 IT-Systemtechniker_in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Systembetriebs durch Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung

* Betreuung der gesamten IT- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur

* Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Netzwerkgeräten und Servern wie Switches, Firewalls, VPNs, VLANs und WLANs

* Betreuung von Backup- und Monitoring-Dashboards

* Aktualisierung der IT-Dokumentation im Remote Desktop Manager (RDM)

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Segmentierung, Firewall, VPN, VLAN, WLAN und Switches

* Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows Server, SonicWall Firewall, Microsoft 365 Admin-Umgebung, Netgear, Ubiquiti (UniFi) und Cisco

* Gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Betriebssystemen (Windows), Anwendungen und Protokollen

* Von Vorteil sind ebenfalls Kenntnisse im Grafikdesign mit Adobe

* Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und analytische Fähigkeiten

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung sowie Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten bei projektbedingten Arbeitsspitzen

* Adäquate Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Führerschein der Klasse B - Voraussetzung
