Für unseren Kunden, ein innovatives und spezialisiertes Unternehmen im Bereich IT- und Cybersecurity, suchen wir ab sofort 1 IT-Techniker:in 2nd/3rd Level Support Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Betreuung und Administration der Netzwerk-, Server- und Client-Infrastruktur

* Einrichtung kompletter IT-Arbeitsplätze sowie Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Software

* Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support - telefonisch, per Fernwartung und direkt vor Ort

Konfiguration, Installation und laufende Betreuung unterschiedlicher IT-Systeme

* Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, Smartphones und weiterer Peripherie

* Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und reibungslosen IT-Betriebs

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, beispielsweise Lehre oder HTL

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der IT-Technik bzw. Systemadministration

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Server und Windows-Betriebssysteme

* Fundierte Erfahrung in der Netzwerk- und Systemadministration

* Gute Kenntnisse und Verständnis im Bereich IT-Security

* Erfahrung bei der selbstständigen Analyse und Lösung technischer Probleme

* Eigenständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Gesicherte Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B1-Niveau
