Het IT-traineeship in het kort Het IT-traineeship van Goodzo is jouw startpunt voor een carrière in de IT en Goodzo -waar je blijft groeien en ontwikkelen. Het is perfect voor iedereen die een hbo- of wo-opleiding net of niet heeft afgerond, ongeacht in welke richting. Bij Goodzo bieden we een betaald IT-traineeship aan en doe je direct relevante werkervaring op. Wil je de switch naar IT maken? Dan ben je bij Goodzo aan het juiste adres. Het IT-traineeship is de eerste fase van de drie, die we bij elkaar het IT Growth Program noemen. Je ontwikkelt jezelf in drie fases tot IT-consultant: IT-traineeship, Deep Dive & Next. Tijdens het IT-traineeship krijg je direct een vast contract, werk je in dienst van Goodzo voor top-200 bedrijven, krijg je persoonlijke begeleiding, en behaal o.a meer dan 10 officiële certificaten. Praktisch betekent dit een 40-urige werkweek waarvan 4 betaalde zelfstudie-uren per week. "Een leuke manier om kennis te maken met mensen die hier werken. Daarom leer je de technologie die we het meest gebruiken te doorgronden en helemaal eigen te maken. Daarbij haal je certificaten voor onder andere Office365, Azure en Windows 10, maak je kennis met het werken met data en duik je in methoden voor softwareontwikkeling. Om te kunnen werken in complexe organisaties, is het belangrijk om te leren hoe je je ideeën presenteert. Je leert hoe je een boodschap overbrengt, hoe je met collega's en opdrachtgevers communiceert en hoe je de allerbeste presentaties bouwt.
