Voor een ITAA Accountant ligt er een kans om complexe dossiers te beheren en door te groeien naar een leidinggevende rol. In deze functie combineer je inhoudelijke diepgang in fiscaliteit met coaching van junior collega's en rechtstreeks klantencontact.

Het kantoor is modern, volledig digitaal en sterk groeiend, met een duidelijke focus op kwaliteit, teamspirit en werk-privébalans. Ambitie wordt hier niet afgeremd, maar actief ondersteund.

Wat jij concreet zal doen

Als ITAA Accountant neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen portefeuille en begeleid je collega's inhoudelijk:

  • Volledig beheer van dossiers, inclusief personen- en vennootschapsbelasting en btw-verplichtingen
  • Opmaak van jaarrekeningen, tussentijdse resultaten en balansafsluitingen
  • Begeleiding en coaching van junior dossierbeheerders
  • Rechtstreeks klantencontact en advisering bij fiscale optimalisaties
  • Meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van het kantoor, met perspectief op een coördinerende rol

Jouw profiel

Een ITAA Accountant met ambitie en leiderschapspotentieel voelt zich hier volledig thuis:

  • Erkend ITAA Accountant (of in afrondende fase van de ITAA-stage)
  • Bachelor of Master Accountancy-Fiscaliteit
  • Minstens 4 tot 6 jaar ervaring in een accountantskantoor, met sterke kennis van personen- en vennootschapsbelasting
