BlueTrail Implementatiemanager ServiceNow Utrecht 36u p/w Functieomschrijving Voor het Ministerie van Defensie - JIVC, afdeling IT Continuity Center zoeken wij een ervaren ITCC Implementatiemanager ServiceNow CSM. Binnen het project VRIK wordt ServiceNow Customer Service Management geïmplementeerd. Hiervoor wordt een multidisciplinair team gevormd met ServiceNow Consultants, Technical Consultants en Implementatie Consultants. Als Implementatiemanager richt jij je vooral op de organisatorische kant van deze verandering en zorg je ervoor dat teams de nieuwe processen, werkwijzen en ServiceNow-functionaliteiten daadwerkelijk omarmen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - begeleiden van teams bij het begrijpen en toepassen van de nieuwe werkwijze en bijbehorende rituelen; - ondersteunen van teams bij het gebruik van ServiceNow als ondersteunende tooling; - verduidelijken van rollen en verantwoordelijkheden binnen de nieuwe werkwijze; - toepassen en uitdragen van agile werkwijzen zoals Kanban, Scrum, SAFe en andere Scaled Agile-varianten; - begeleiden van veranderingsprocessen rondom de implementatie; - verzorgen van trainingen en faciliteren van workshops; - leiden van het implementatietraject; - voorbereiden van stuurgroepen; - organiseren en begeleiden van voortgangsoverleggen; - bijdragen aan de adoptie van gestandaardiseerde processen en nieuwe werkwijzen. Binnen de centrale IT-afdeling van Defensie is ServiceNow al geïmplementeerd. Binnen deze opdracht ligt de aandacht onder andere op Interaction Management, Case Management, Workspaces en Knowledge Management. Wat wordt er van jou gevraagd?
