In deze rol krijg je de ruimte om serviceprocessen te verbeteren, kwaliteit te borgen en structuur aan te brengen in een complexe IT-omgeving waar zowel Agile als ITIL een belangrijke rol spelen. Je komt terecht bij een organisatie met een maatschappelijk relevante dienstverlening en een IT-landschap dat continu in beweging is. Denk aan meerdere leveranciers, een mix van moderne technologie en bestaande systemen, verschillende Agile teams en een brede interne klantgroep. Juist in die omgeving zorg jij voor samenhang, eigenaarschap en transparantie. Als ITIL Procesmanager ben je niet alleen bezig met procesbeschrijvingen en rapportages. Je neemt regie over verbetering. Je brengt stakeholders bij elkaar, maakt knelpunten inzichtelijk en zorgt dat processen ook echt worden gebruikt in de praktijk. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met IT-collega's, Agile teams, proceseigenaren en externe partners. De organisatie ondersteunt deze procesverbetering actief. Dat betekent dat je mandaat krijgt om processen opnieuw te bekijken, verbeteringen door te voeren en afspraken rondom SLA's, DAP's, KPI's, governance en compliance beter te borgen. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen, verbeteren en implementeren van ITIL- en Agile-gerelateerde serviceprocessen; - Analyseren van behoeften van stakeholders en vertalen naar concrete procesverbeteringen; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, continuïteit, KPI's, SLA's en procesafspraken; - Opstellen en borgen van procesbeschrijvingen, werkinstructies, rapportages en documentatie; - Signaleren en oplossen van procesmatige knelpunten binnen de IT-dienstverlening; - Adviseren over governance, compliance, procesinrichting en verbeter...
