Dit wordt jouw functie Voor een van onze opdrachtgevers in Amsterdam zijn wij op zoek naar jeugd- en gezinsprofessionals met specifieke kennis van en ervaring met het werken met meervoudige en complexe en/of veiligheidsproblematiek. Kinderen op een stabiele, veilige en verantwoorde manier opvoeden is helaas niet in elk gezin vanzelfsprekend. Dit kan verschillende oorzaken hebben zoals bijvoorbeeld financiële problemen, gebrek aan kennis of het gedrag van het kind. Bij deze organisatie is er een gezamenlijk doel: kinderen en j​ongeren van alle n​ationaliteiten moeten zich zo optimaal mogelijk kunnen ontwikkelen. Een mooi doel waar jij als jeugd- en gezinsprofessional een onmisbare schakel in bent! Vanuit een coördinerende rol sta je het gezin bij in uiteenlopende problemen. Wegens de veiligheidsproblematiek waar je mee te maken krijgt, ben je veelal langdurig betrokken bij gezinnen. Klinkt dit jou als muziek in de oren? - Op bezoek, je komt dus bij gezinnen thuis, op scholen, buurthuizen, etc. Zo ben je zichtbaar voor de gezinnen;

- Gesprekken voeren met het gezin om de hulpvraag in kaart te brengen. Dit kan van alles zijn, denk aan vragen over opvoeding, financiën en veiligheid;

- Als de hulpvraag duidelijk is, een plan van aanpak opstellen om de gezinsdoelen te behalen;

- Indien nodig, specialistische hulpverlening in gang zetten;

- Contact onderhouden met de hulpverleners om de doelen te monitoren;

- Rapporteren, de doelen en stappen worden duidelijk vastgelegd;

- Overleggen met collega’s over jouw caseload en hoe de gezinnen zo goed mogelijk te ondersteunen om hun doelen te behalen;

- Als jeugd- en gezinsprofessional met expertise veiligheid, neem je het voortouw bij complexe/veiligheidszaken;

- Je werkt samen met formele en informele partners in de wijk, zoals Veilig Thuis, Jeugdbescherming Amsterdam of
