Dan pas jij écht bij onze opdrachtgever! Lees snel verder! Wat ga je doen als Interim Jeugd- en Gezinswerker? Als gezinswerker (jeugd- en gezinsprofessional) ondersteun je gezinnen bij het zoeken naar oplossingen voor hun hulpvragen, waarbij het gezin de regie behoudt over het eigen leven. Je betrekt de eigen omgeving en voorliggende voorzieningen in de wijk zoveel mogelijk. Bij complexere hulpvragen begeleid je het gezin zelf en schakel je, indien nodig, aanvullende specialistische zorg in, waarbij je betrokken blijft als ondersteunend aanspreekpunt. Wat breng je daarvoor mee? De ideale kandidaat beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en weet gezinnen in hun kracht te zetten. Je kunt de hulpvraag doorgronden, samen met het gezin een gezinsplan opstellen, doelen en ontwikkelingen monitoren en weet wanneer het traject kan worden afgerond. Je bent een teamspeler, neemt actief deel aan overleggen en casuïstiekbesprekingen, en zoekt samenwerking met partners zoals onderwijs en zorgaanbieders. Daarnaast ben je flexibel, veerkrachtig, open voor feedback en reflecteer je op je eigen handelen.
