Als jeugdbeschermer ondersteun en bescherm je jongeren in kwetsbare en soms onveilige situaties. Je staat dichtbij het gezin en werkt samen aan een veilige, stabiele omgeving waarin het kind zich weer kan ontwikkelen. Je begeleidt gezinnen, brengt passende hulpverlening op gang en zorgt voor de juiste afstemming tussen betrokken partijen. Waar nodig grijp je in om de veiligheid van het kind te waarborgen, altijd met het belang van het kind als uitgangspunt. In deze functie combineer je daadkracht met empathie. Je kunt goed omgaan met complexe en gevoelige situaties en blijft daarbij zorgvuldig en professioneel handelen. - 2 dagen per week werkzaam in Assen/Groningen - 2 dagen per week thuiswerken - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Jeugdbeschermer (ervaring bij Nidos geldt niet) - Tarief: zzp'er maximaal €85,- excl. btw en excl. Reiskosten - Start: zo spoedig mogelijk - Omvang: minimaal 28 uur per week - Duur: 4 maanden met evt verlenging - Een salaris conform CAO Jeugdzorg schaal 10, tussen €3.601,40,- en €5.410,39,- bruto per maand (op basis van 36 uur); - Een ZZP functie op 2 locaties + thuiswerken - Hybride werken - Persoonlijke begeleiding vanuit een vaste recruiter en accountmanager; Matchpartner is een gespecialiseerd detacheringsbureau in de branches : Zorg en Welzijn, Arbo en Verzuim, Gemeente en Onderwijs.
