SKJ + 1 jr ervaring vereist. Contract, detachering of ZZP. Maak impact in Brabant en solliciteer direct! Als Jeugdbeschermer kom je in actie wanneer de veiligheid en de ontwikkeling van een kind ernstig worden bedreigd. Je voert gedwongen maatregelen uit (zoals een Ondertoezichtstelling) en stelt het belang van het kind altijd centraal. Met een daadkrachtige én verbindende aanpak werk je nauw samen met het gezin, het netwerk en ketenpartners om de opvoedsituatie duurzaam te veilig te stellen. - Casemanagement: Regie voeren over het hulpverleningstraject en het opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren van het gezinsplan. - Samenwerking & Netwerk: Intensief afstemmen met de Raad voor de Kinderbescherming, de rechtbank, wijkteams en de zorgaanbieders in de regio Eindhoven en Brabant. - Rapportage: Zorgvuldig verslagleggen van de voortgang en het opstellen van verzoekschriften en rapportages voor de kinderrechter. - Veiligheid: Inschatten van veiligheidsrisico's binnen het gezin en het nemen van adequate maatregelen bij crisissituaties. - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding (bijv. Social Work, MWD, SPH of Pedagogiek). - Harde eis: Geldige SKJ-registratie . - Harde eis: Minimaal 1 jaar relevante werkervaring als jeugdbeschermer binnen de keten van de gecertificeerde instellingen (GI's). - Hoge mate van weerbaarheid, besluitvaardigheid, analytisch vermogen en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
