Vanuit een compact team met korte lijnen voer je regie en neem je besluiten die ertoe doen. - Voer gesprekken over opvoeden, opgroeien en gezinsvragen. - Analyseer de opvoedsituatie en verken oplossingen met het gezin. - Beoordeel aanvragen binnen de Jeugdwet en voer procesregie. - Maak bij onveiligheid beschermende afspraken en schaal tijdig op. - Denk mee over complexe casussen en coach collega's. Functie-eisen Je brengt ruime ervaring mee als jeugdconsulent of toegangsmedewerker en weet complexe gezinssystemen zorgvuldig te doorgronden. Je combineert professionele scherpte met heldere communicatie en werkt aantoonbaar zorgvuldig in een politiek-gevoelige gemeentelijke omgeving. - Een afgeronde relevante hbo-opleiding en 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring. - SKJ-geregistreerd, met kennis van jeugdontwikkeling en de Jeugdwet. - Ervaring met zorgmeldingen, veiligheidsinschattingen en procesregie. - Analytisch, systematisch en accuraat; je rapporteert efficiënt. - Rijbewijs B, eigen auto en een geldige VOG. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Je ontvangt een aantrekkelijke beloning volgens schaal 10 van de CAO Gemeenten.
