- Shipbuilding - Yacht building - Leiden - 40 hours - #4314 Production Support Engineer No ordinary Monday morning - Production Support Engineer We are seeking a skilled Yacht Engineer to join a leading luxury yacht builder. This role focuses on the technical design, integration, and manufacturability of hull, exterior, and onboard systems. You will work closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure technical excellence and compliance with yacht standards and regulations. Company information Our client is a globally respected name in luxury yacht building. Their mission: to craft superyachts that set new standards in innovation, design, and finish. You'll work with passionate professionals on the most prestigious maritime projects of our time. Vacancy information - Develop detailed engineering designs, 3D models, and technical drawings using Siemens NX and Teamcenter. - Ensure all designs meet Class and Flag regulations and internal specifications. - Assess manufacturability, feasibility, and integration of systems, equipment, and structural components. - Coordinate with production, interior, and outfitting teams to resolve technical challenges. - Maintain consistency between design intent, functionality, and build process. - Monitor weight, space allocation, and budgeting related to systems and structures. - Provide technical input during build and outfitting stages to support seamless execution.
