Wir suchen ab sofort: 1 Jr. HR SPECIALIST

AUFGABEN

* Mitarbeit im Recruiting - von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Onboarding

* Unterstützung im Employer Branding, Standortmarketing und Social Media

* Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung von HR-Projekten (zum Beispiel Gesundheitsförderung, Lehrlingsausbildung)

* Unterstützung der Personalleitung in den Bereichen Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung

* Mitarbeit im Bereich HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)

* Unterstützung in der Personaladministration (zum Beispiel Dienstverträge, HR-Dokumente)

* Mitarbeit in der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Handelsakademie, Höhere Lehranstalt für wirtschaftliche Berufe, Lehre oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Interesse an den Themen Personalmanagement, Recruiting und Personalentwicklung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit

* Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Motivation, dich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln
