Mit über 600 Mitarbeiter_innen sind wir, die BEMO Tunnelling GmbH, in den Bereichen Tunnelbau, Ingenieurbau, Industrie- und Stahlbau, Spezialtiefbau, Bergbau und Bauwerkserhaltung tätig. Unsere vielseitige Expertise ergänzen wir mit unserer hausinternen Messtechnik, Maschinentechnik und unserem Technischen Büro.

Wir suchen für unsere Zentrale in Innsbruck ab sofort 1 JUNGBAULEITER im TUNNELBAU In dieser Position lernen Sie zentrale technische und kaufmännische Prozesse im Tunnelbau von Grund auf kennen und gestalten sie aktiv mit. Durch Ihre Mitarbeit in der Kalkulation, im Abrechnungswesen sowie später direkt auf der Baustelle wirken Sie entscheidend an der Vorbereitung und Umsetzung unserer Projekte mit und entwickeln sich schrittweise in die verantwortungsvolle Rolle der Bauleitung hinein.

Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 39 Stunden pro Woche in Daueranstellung

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung in der Angebotsphase inklusive Kalkulation, Material- und Massenermittlung sowie Einschätzung von Chancen und Risiken

* Einblick in die Abläufe des technischen Innendienstes: Kalkulation, Abrechnung sowie Nachtrags- und Claim-Management

* Aufbau fundierter Kenntnisse im Innendienst im ersten Jahr als Grundlage für spätere bauleitende Aufgaben

* Fortsetzung der Ausbildung direkt auf der Baustelle mit schrittweiser Übernahme von Tätigkeiten im Projektumfeld

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Abschlussarbeiten im Ingenieurbau von Vorteil

* Flexibilität hinsichtlich des zukünftigen Einsatzortes nach der Einschulungsphase

* Bereitschaft, sich umfassend in technische und kaufmännische Abläufe einzuarbeiten
