Wat je gaat doen Als junior accountmanager ben jij samen met jouw collega's verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen van bestaande én nieuwe klantrelaties. Je richt je voornamelijk op zakelijke klanten en krijgt een veelzijdige commerciële functie waarin klantcontact, acquisitie en projectbegeleiding samenkomen. De ene dag neem je contact op met een potentiële klant en bespreek je waar kansen liggen. Een andere dag bereid je een klantbezoek voor, werk je een offerte uit of overleg je intern over een lopend project. Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met verkopen, maar zorgt ervoor dat het volledige commerciële proces goed verloopt. Naarmate je de organisatie, producten en klanten beter leert kennen, krijg je steeds meer ruimte om zelfstandig commerciële kansen te benutten en onderhandelingen te voeren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met bestaande en nieuwe klanten; - Actief benaderen van potentiële klanten en binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachten en projecten; - Voeren van commerciële gesprekken en zelfstandig onderhandelen over overeenkomsten; - Opstellen en verwerken van offertes en orders en verzorgen van de commerciële opvolging; - Plannen en organiseren van klantbezoeken, zakenreizen, beurzen en verkoopactiviteiten; - Bijhouden van klantcontacten, afspraken en commerciële kansen in het CRM systeem.

Je krijgt een uitgebreide inwerkperiode waarbij je verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie leert kennen. Zo krijg je niet alleen inzicht in de commerciële kant, maar leer je ook de producten, processen en technische mogelijkheden goed kennen.
