Junior Accountmanager Export RecruitMens | Randwijk Wij vragen MBO Reguliere baan Wij bieden min € 3000,00 - max € 4000,00 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Jij verkoopt bomen en struiken aan boomkwekers, tuincentra en hoveniers in heel Europa, met de focus op Centraal- en Oost-Europa. In het leverseizoen ben je de spil op kantoor. Van mei tot september ga je op reis naar klanten en prospects. Een commerciële baan met een eigen klantenportefeuille, een vast seizoensritme en een salaris van € 3.000 tot € 4.000 bruto per maand. Over de functie Bij de meeste commerciële banen ziet elke week er hetzelfde uit. Hier niet. Jouw jaar volgt het ritme van de kwekerij. Van oktober tot half december en van februari tot eind april is het leverseizoen. Dan draait alles om leveren. Jij bent de schakel tussen klant en kwekerij. Je maakt offertes, verwerkt orders en houdt contact met klanten over leveringen en aanvullingen. Zoekt een klant iets wat niet in ons eigen assortiment zit? Dan ga jij op zoek en koop je in bij collega-kwekers. In januari sta je op de beurs in Duitsland en spreek je in een paar dagen tientallen klanten en prospects. Van mei tot september wordt het rustiger op de kwekerij en pak jij je koffer. Je reist door Centraal- en Oost-Europa om bestaande klanten te bezoeken en nieuwe klanten te winnen. Een reisweek bestaat uit een aantal geplande afspraken, met daaromheen koude bezoeken bij kwekers, tuincentra en hoveniers in de omgeving. Gemiddeld ben je in deze periode zes weken in het buitenland, van maandag tot vrijdag. Veel met de auto, soms met het vliegtuig. Tussen de reizen door werk je je leads uit en maak je offertes voor het nieuwe seizoen. Je werkt zelfstandig. Jij bepaalt waar de kansen liggen, plant je eigen reizen en bouwt je eigen klantenbestand op. Je verkoopt geen abonnement of dienst, maar een product dat je kent en waar je achter staat.
