Als Junior Accountmanager Retail krijg je de kans om veel te leren én verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. Je werkt met grote retailers, schakelt snel in de dynamiek van daghandel en ziet direct resultaat van je commerciële keuzes. Wat hebben we jou te bieden? Je krijgt volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen met trainingen en ontwikkelmogelijkheden. Je werkt vanuit een moderne werkplek in Aalsmeer en kunt één dag per week vanuit huis werken. Een mooie omgeving dus om je eerste commerciële ervaring uit te bouwen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naar je toe te trekken. - Een salaris tot € 3.950 bruto per maand; - 25 vakantiedagen; - Een pensioenregeling; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Volop trainingen en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Over de functie Bloemen en planten zijn versproducten en dat maakt de handel dynamisch. Als Junior Accountmanager Retail moet je daarom snel kunnen schakelen. Tegelijkertijd werk je met grote retailers en draait het om goede commerciële afspraken en sterke klantrelaties. Je bouwt verder op de commerciële basis die je al hebt en leert steeds meer over accountmanagement binnen retail. - Je ondersteunt bij het onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van relaties met grote retailers; - Dagelijks schakel je over commerciële aanvragen, orders en ontwikkelingen bij klanten; - Vanuit jouw commerciële blik signaleer je kansen en denk je mee over passende oplossingen; - Samen met collega's zorg je dat afspraken met klanten goed worden opgevolgd; - Je ontwikkelt jezelf stap voor stap tot een volwaardige gesprekspartner voor jouw accounts.
