Heb je je eerste ervaring opgedaan binnen banking, beleggingen, kredieten, verzekeringen of financieel advies? Wil je inhoudelijk breder werken, meer autonomie krijgen en rechtstreeks ondernemers adviseren?

Voor een groeiende financiële adviesorganisatie zoeken we een Junior Financial Advisor.

Je werkt met ondernemers, zelfstandigen en vrije beroepers en begeleidt hen bij de eerste stap naar een geïntegreerde financiële planning. Je combineert commercieel advies, klantencontact en financiële inhoud en krijgt de kans om op termijn door te groeien naar Financial Planner.

Jouw functie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe klantenrelaties.

Je krijgt kwalitatieve leads aangeleverd en bezoekt potentiële klanten in jouw regio. Tijdens een eerste kennismaking leer je hun situatie kennen en licht je de dienstverlening toe. Bij verdere interesse volgt een uitgebreider gesprek waarin je de behoeften van de klant verder analyseert en het adviestraject voorstelt.

Concreet:

  • Je bezoekt ondernemers, zelfstandigen en vrije beroepers.
  • Je voert eerste kennismakings- en vervolggesprekken.
  • Je brengt financiële behoeften en doelstellingen in kaart.
  • Je overtuigt prospects van de meerwaarde van een breed financieel adviestraject.
  • Je bouwt duurzame vertrouwensrelaties op.
  • Je volgt je commerciële pipeline en resultaten zelfstandig op.
  • Je verzamelt de nodige financiële informatie en documentatie bij nieuwe klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren Financial Planners en andere specialisten.
  • Je bouwt stapsgewijs expertise op rond fiscaliteit, pensioen, successie, beleggingen, verzekeringen en vastgoed.

Dit is een commerciële buitendienstfunctie. Je bent veel onderweg en organiseert grotendeels zelfstandig je eigen agenda.

Omdat je voornamelijk met ondernemers werkt, vinden sommige gesprekken ook in de vooravond of 's avonds plaats.

Je hebt bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring.

Dat kan bijvoorbeeld zijn als:

  • commercieel bankadviseur;
  • klantenadviseur bank & verzekeringen;
  • personal banker;
  • kredietadviseur;
  • beleggingsadviseur;
  • verzekeringsadviseur;
  • junior vermogensadviseur;
  • of in een vergelijkbare commerciële financiële functie.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je een bachelor- of masterdiploma of een vergelijkbaar denk- en werkniveau.
  • Heb je ervaring met commerciële klantengesprekken.
  • Heb je een sterke interesse in financiële thema's.
  • Voel je je comfortabel in gesprekken met ondernemers.
  • Kom je professioneel en geloofwaardig over.
  • Ben je commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht.
  • Werk je graag zelfstandig.
  • Kun je omgaan met commerciële targets en tijdelijke tegenvallers.
  • Ben je leergierig, ambitieus en gemotiveerd om inhoudelijk verder te groeien.
  • Spreek je vlot Nederlands.

Je hoeft vandaag nog geen expert in financial planning te zijn. De nodige technische kennis wordt verder opgebouwd via opleiding en begeleiding.
