Als Junior adviseur Mens & Organisatie ben jij een zichtbaar en toegankelijk aanspreekpunt binnen de organisatie en zorg je ervoor dat operationele M&O-processen soepel, zorgvuldig en mensgericht verlopen.

Over de functie

Als Junior adviseur ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en leidinggevenden bij dagelijkse M&O-vragen. Je adviseert over onderwerpen zoals de cao hbo, verlof, arbeidsvoorwaarden, rechtspositie en personeelsprocessen.

Soms help je een medewerker met vragen over verlof of arbeidsvoorwaarden, soms denk je samen met een leidinggevende mee over personeelsvraagstukken.

Veel vragen komen binnen via e-mail of telefoon, maar je bent ook regelmatig aanwezig op locatie. Je zoekt actief de verbinding met medewerkers en leidinggevenden en denkt praktisch mee in oplossingen. Je werkt daarnaast nauw samen met één of meerdere senior-adviseurs.

Binnen Zuyd heeft iedere academie of dienst een eigen dynamiek. Dat maakt het werk afwisselend en vraagt om flexibiliteit en goede samenwerking, maar het werk kent ook een terugkerend karakter. Je krijgt regelmatig vergelijkbare vragen en werkt binnen vaste M&O-processen. We vinden het belangrijk dat we als team steeds meer uniform werken. Daarom waarderen we collega’s die kritisch meedenken, signaleren waar processen beter kunnen en zelf met verbetervoorstellen komen.

Wat wij vragen:

Je krijgt energie van een functie waarin dienstverlening, structuur en samenwerken samenkomen. Je helpt medewerkers en leidinggevenden graag verder, werkt zorgvuldig en voelt je prettig in een M&O-omgeving waarin je snel schakelt tussen verschillende vragen en werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast:

• werk en denk je op hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM

• heb je ervaring opgedaan in een operationele HR-functie of vergelijkbare rol

• kun je cao- en HR-regelingen vertalen naar praktisch en helder advies

• werk je nauwkeurig en houd je overzicht, ook wanneer er veel tegelijk speelt

• denk je actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen

Je hoeft nog niet alles te weten. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je nieuwsgierig bent, initiatief toont en jezelf verder wilt ontwikkelen binnen het HR-vak.
