The posting

Der Familypark besteht bereits seit über 55 Jahren und hat sich in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten zum größten Freizeitpark Österreichs entwickelt. Mit über 700.000 Gästen aus dem In- und Ausland ist der Park ein bedeutender Player im österreichischen Tourismus. Derzeit werden in St. Margarethen ca. 250 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Seit März 2019 ist der Park Tochtergesellschaft der französischen Compagnie des Alpes, die in Europa insgesamt 12 Freizeitparks und zahlreiche renommierte Schigebiete betreibt. Zur Verstärkung eines wachsenden Teams suchen wir ab sofort für unseren Standort in St. Margarethen im Burgenland.

Zur Verstärkung während unseres Halloween Events von 16.10 bis 01.11 suchen wir Mitarbeiter/innen, die unser Operator Team unterstützen. 1 Operator/in (Betreuung einer fahrattraktion) Deine Aufgaben:

Als Operator sorgst Du für den sicheren und reibungslosen Betrieb unserer Fahrattraktionen. Du übernimmst die Bedienung der Fahrgeschäfte, begrüßt unsere Gäste mit einem Lächeln, gibst ihnen wichtige Sicherheitshinweise und achtest darauf, dass diese verstanden und eingehalten werden. Außerdem sorgst du für Sauberkeit für den Bereich in und rund um die Attraktion.

Das bringst Du mit:

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit - Sicherheit hat bei Dir oberste Priorität

* Freude am Umgang mit Gästen, insbesondere mit Familien und Kindern

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen oder bei hohem Besucheraufkommen

* gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen wie Ungarisch, Slowakisch von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zum Einsatz an Wochenenden und an Feiertagen

Entlohnung für diese Position richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe. Für diese Position ist ein Monatsbruttogehalt von mindestens EUR 2.096,50 (auf Basis 40 Wochenstunden) vorgesehen
