The posting

Bij een specialist in industriële automatisering werk je als Junior Automation Engineer aan de besturing van procesinstallaties. Vanuit deze functie in Gorinchem raak je betrokken bij het hele traject: van analyse en softwareontwerp tot programmering, testen en inbedrijfstelling. Je leert werken met systemen van Siemens, waaronder PCS7, Rockwell of Schneider en vertaalt proceseisen naar toepassingen met PLC, HMI, SCADA en DCS. Daarbij bouw je stap voor stap aan je zelfstandigheid als engineer. In de dagelijkse praktijk programmeer je in FBD, ST en SFC, werk je technische specificaties uit en test je of de installatie doet wat het proces vraagt. Je overlegt met collega-engineers, projectleiders en klanten en gaat mee naar locatie voor I/O-testen en de opstart. Een mentor begeleidt je tijdens de eerste zes maanden. Door verschillende projecten en technologieën leer je storingen analyseren en procesbesturingen gericht verbeteren. Functie-inhoud - Proceseisen vertalen naar URS, functionele specificaties en softwareontwerpspecificaties. - Besturingssoftware ontwikkelen in FBD, ST en SFC voor industriële procesinstallaties. - PLC-, HMI-, SCADA- en DCS-applicaties configureren en testen. - Interne en externe applicatietesten en I/O-testen uitvoeren, onder meer in België en sporadisch internationaal. - Samen met het projectteam installaties op locatie in bedrijf stellen en opleveren. - Storingen tijdens de opstart analyseren en optimalisaties aan draaiende installaties uitwerken. - Je planning bewaken en afwijkingen tijdig bespreken met het projectteam en de klant. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde relevante technische opleiding, bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica of industriële automatisering. - Basiskennis van PLC-, HMI- of SCADA-systemen van Siemens, Rockwell of Schneider. - Interesse in procesautomatisering en de bereidheid je in verschillende besturingssystemen te verdiepen. - Een proactieve werkwijze: zelfstandig werken, tijdig afstemmen en afspraken bewaken. - Vloeiende be.
