In de rol van Junior BIM Modelleur kom je naast een ervaren modelleur te werken die jou zal begeleiden en je eerste aanspreekpunt zal zijn. Je komt te werken in het BIM team bestaande uit en BIM manager, BIM coördinator, BIM regisseur en diverse BIM modelleurs. Genoeg kennis om je heen om je verder te ontwikkelen. De kern van jouw functie? het professionaliseren en maken van bouwkundige modellen. Dit uit zich in de volgende werkzaamheden: - Modelleren in Revit vanaf VO of DO t/m werktekeningen inclusief verkoopbenodigheden - Vertalen van complexe engineeringsvraagstukken naar een ontwerpmodel - Terugkoppelen/bespreken van knelpunten met collega's en projectpartners - De rol van kennisdrager aannemern voor het bouwkundige ontwerpmodel in BIM Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding minimaal op HBO niveau - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als BIM modelleur - Kennis en ervaring met Revit, Autocad en BIM Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau MBO Aanbod: - - Werken bij een stabiele aannemer met uitdagende projecten - Diversiteit aan projecten - Ruimte voor een persoonlijk ontwikkeltraject - Salaris van €2000.-- tot €3000,- op basis van kennis en ervaring Bedrijfsprofiel . Deze opdrachtgever is een veelzijdige aannemer die zich richt op meerdere disciplines. Nieuwbouw, restauratie of energetische renovaties zij sluiten de ogen nergens voor. Binnen al afdelingen zijn er een aantal kernwaarden aanwezig: samenwerken, doorzettingsvermogen en vakmanschap.
