In deze functie als Tekenaar/Modelleur vertaal je technische uitgangspunten naar heldere 3D-modellen en werk je mee aan projecten die slimmer, beter en toekomstbestendig worden. Jij zorgt dat ideeën niet op papier blijven staan, maar uitgroeien tot uitvoerbare installaties. Je werkt aan installatietechnische projecten binnen een omgeving waar samenwerken, kwaliteit en verbetering centraal staan. Met Revit en Stabicad modelleer je W- en/of E-installaties, stem je af met engineers en projectleiding en bewaak je de technische uitwerking van begin tot eind. Je krijgt ruimte om mee te denken, vragen te stellen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te pakken. - 3D-modelleren van installaties in Revit met Stabicad. - Opstellen en beheren van werktekeningen en revisietekeningen. - Verwerken van technische gegevens, wijzigingen en materiaalstaten. - Afstemmen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiding. - Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitscontroles, clashchecks en technische oplossingen. Functie-eisen Jij bent toe aan een volgende stap waarin jouw nauwkeurigheid en technische blik tot hun recht komen. Je werkt zorgvuldig, denkt vooruit en haalt plezier uit het maken van modellen die kloppen tot in de details. Daarbij vind je het vanzelfsprekend om samen te werken, initiatief te nemen en helder te communiceren wanneer een oplossing nodig is. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in tekenen, modelleren of BIM binnen installatietechniek. - Ervaring met Revit; kennis van Stabicad is een sterke pre. - Een mbo- of hbo-achtergrond richting installatietechniek, werktuigbouwkunde of bouw. ...
