Als Junior BIM Modelleur Woningbouw werk je digitale ontwerpen uit tot slimme en nauwkeurige BIM-modellen. Zo draag je direct bij aan woningen die technisch goed zijn voorbereid voor de uitvoering. Wat ga je doen? Als Junior BIM Modelleur Woningbouw werk je aan verschillende nieuwbouwprojecten binnen de woningbouw. Je vertaalt bouwkundige ontwerpen en tekeningen naar duidelijke en gedetailleerde 3D-modellen in Revit. Daarbij werk je onderdelen zoals gevels, vloeren, wanden, daken en bouwkundige aansluitingen nauwkeurig uit. Je controleert maatvoering, technische details en beschikbare projectinformatie voordat deze verder wordt gebruikt. Ook verwerk je wijzigingen en revisies gedurende het bouwproces. Binnen het BIM-proces stem je modellen af met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders, constructeurs en andere betrokken disciplines. Je controleert of verschillende onderdelen goed op elkaar aansluiten en signaleert mogelijke knelpunten in een vroeg stadium. Daarnaast zorg je dat informatie in het BIM-model actueel, volledig en praktisch bruikbaar blijft. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende woningen en appartementencomplexen en krijgt steeds meer inzicht in het volledige bouwproces. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf verder binnen BIM, Revit en digitale woningbouw. Jouw werkzaamheden - Modelleren en uitwerken van woningbouwprojecten in Revit; - Vertalen van bouwkundige ontwerpen naar nauwkeurige 3D BIM-modellen; - Uitwerken van gevels, vloeren, wanden, daken en bouwkundige details; - Controleren van maatvoering, aansluitingen en technische projectinformatie; - Verwerken van wijzigingen en revisies in het BIM-model; - Afstemmen van modellen met constructeurs, werkvoorbereiders en andere disciplines; - Signaleren van clashes, technische knelpunten en ontbrekende informatie;...
