Waar kom je te werken?Je sluit je aan bij een professionele groenaannemer met een gespecialiseerd boomverzorgingsteam. We werken met modern materieel (o.a. hoogwerker en versnipperaar), korte lijnen en veel aandacht voor veilig werken. Je leert dagelijks van ervaren collega's en groeit stap voor stap richting zelfstandige boomverzorger (ETW-route). Wat ga je doen?Als junior boomverzorger leer je het vak in de praktijk. Dagelijks ben je druk met de volgende werkzaamheden: - Assisteren bij snoeiwerk (klim/hoogwerker) en netjes opruimen van tak- en snoeihout. - Aanplanten, verplanten en groeiplaatsverbetering uitvoeren onder begeleiding. - Werken met kettingzaag, versnipperaar en hoogwerker. Stap voor stap en gecertificeerd. - Veiligheidsafzettingen plaatsen en de werkplek ordelijk en veilig houden.

Wat vragen wij? - Affiniteit met groen is een pré. - Fysiek fit, geen hoogtevrees en graag buiten aan het werk. - VCA Basis en kettingzaag/klimcertificaten zijn mooi meegenomen: of je bent bereid deze te halen. - Betrouwbaar, leergierig en klantvriendelijk; je volgt instructies nauwkeurig op.

Wat bieden wij?Betaald leren, goede begeleiding en zicht op groei. - Gestructureerd leertraject richting European Tree Worker (ETW). - Opleidingen & certificeringen (o.a. VCA, kettingzaag, klimmen & redden, hoogwerker). - Werken met modern gereedschap en een hecht team dat je helpt groeien. - Een uitstekend salaris tot €3.000,- bruto p/m gebaseerd op de cao Groen, Grond & Infra met reiskostenvergoeding a 0,23 cent per kilometer. - Afwisselende projecten in de openbare ruimte en op private locaties.
