Heb jij een master in biomedische wetenschappen en interesse in zowel de medische sector als een commerciële en administratieve omgeving? Wil je jouw medische achtergrond combineren met Business Development, CRM, marktanalyses en commerciële ondersteuning?

Voor onze klant in Halen zijn we op zoek naar een Junior Business Development Assistant voor een tijdelijke vervangingsopdracht. In deze functie ondersteun je het Business Development team bij verschillende administratieve en commerciële activiteiten. Je krijgt de kans om ervaring op te doen binnen een innovatieve organisatie die actief is in de zorgsector.

Jouw taken

Als Junior Business Development Assistant ondersteun je het Business Development team bij de dagelijkse werking. Je taken zijn onder andere:

  • Administratief ondersteunen van Business Development activiteiten.
  • Up-to-date houden van klant- en prospectgegevens in CRM-systemen.
  • Voorbereiden van commerciële dossiers, presentaties en rapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen bij marktanalyses en het verzamelen van marktinformatie.
  • Mee opvolgen en identificeren van nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Ondersteunen bij beurzen, evenementen en netwerkmomenten.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van interne en externe aanvragen.
  • Ondersteunen bij KPI-opvolging, rapportages en administratieve analyses.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende interne afdelingen aan lopende projecten.

Jouw profiel

We zoeken een junior profiel met een sterke interesse in de combinatie van medische kennis, administratie en business development.

  • Je beschikt over een master in biomedische wetenschappen of een gelijkwaardige opleiding/ervaring.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen een administratieve of commerciële functie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt interesse in Business Development, commerciële groei en strategische bedrijfsontwikkeling.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent proactief en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in team werken.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
  • Ervaring met een CRM- of ERP-systeem is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een mooie extra.
