- Over DNZ - Werken bij - Zwolle, Hybride - € 3000 per maand - uur - Sales / Account Functieomschrijving DNZ & 100procent - onderdeel van United Playgrounds Iedere grote klant begint met één gesprek. En dat gesprek begint bij jou. United Playgrounds groeit hard. Daarom zoeken we een New Business collega die nieuwe deuren opent voor De Nieuwe Zaak (e-commerce & digital) en 100procent (CRM & marketing automation). Wat ga je doen? Jij bent het allereerste contact dat een prospect met ons heeft. Je opent deuren waar anderen niet eens kloppen, en je zorgt dat onze BDM met een volle agenda aan tafel komt. Concreet betekent dat: - Je benadert dagelijks nieuwe prospects via telefoon, e-mail, LinkedIn en events. - Je kwalificeert leads en plant afspraken in voor onze Business Development Managers. - Je bouwt aan je eigen pipeline in HubSpot. - Je werkt samen met marketing en sales aan slimme outbound campagnes en je durft daarin je eigen weg te zoeken - Je leert iedere week hoe je commercieel steeds beter wordt. - Je bent regelmatig aanwezig in Zwolle (DNZ) en/of Rotterdam (100procent) en werkt nauw samen met beide teams. Wie ben jij? Je bent het type dat een 'nee' ziet als het begin van een gesprek. Dat aan het einde van de week zijn scorebord opmaakt. Dat energie krijgt van iemand binnenhalen die nog nooit van ons gehoord had. Herkenbaar? Dan past dit bij jou: - 0 tot 2 jaar werkervaring; dit mag je eerste of tweede sales-baan zijn. - Drive, lef en doorzettingsvermogen wegen bij ons sterk door - Je vindt het leuk om mensen te benaderen die je nog niet kent. - Affiniteit met e-commerce, digital marketing, data en technologie, (en hoe je merken echt laat groeien) of de honger om je daarin te verdiepen. - Gestructureerd genoeg om je eigen activiteiten en opvolging strak te houden. - Zelfstandig, ondernemend en onvermoeibaar resultaatgericht. - Je krijgt energie van het binnenhalen van nieuwe kansen. - Je bent leergie...
