Je duikt in kostprijsberekeningen en zorgt dat bouwprojecten financieel kloppen vóór de eerste paal de grond in gaat. Met jouw inzicht leg je de basis voor succesvolle woning- en utiliteitsbouw. Wat ga je doen? Als (Junior) Calculator Bouw werk je voor onze opdrachtgever aan diverse projecten binnen de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw. Je stelt kostprijsberekeningen op voor nieuwbouw-, renovatie- en transformatieprojecten. Daarbij analyseer je bouwtekeningen, bestekken en technische omschrijvingen om exact te bepalen welke materialen, materieel en uren nodig zijn. Je controleert hoeveelheden, vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt offertes kritisch. Op basis van deze gegevens werk je een heldere en onderbouwde begroting uit. Je denkt actief mee over alternatieven die kosten besparen zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van kwaliteit, planning of duurzaamheid. Tijdens aanbestedingen ondersteun je bij het opstellen van tenderdocumenten en zorg je dat alle cijfers kloppen tot achter de komma. Je signaleert risico's in het bouwproces en vertaalt deze naar financiële consequenties. Ook houd je rekening met actuele marktprijzen, wet- en regelgeving en duurzaamheidsnormen. Daarnaast werk je met calculatiesoftware zoals IBIS Trad of een vergelijkbaar programma en maak je gebruik van BIM-modellen om hoeveelheden te controleren. Je stemt regelmatig af met werkvoorbereiders, projectleiders en leveranciers om informatie compleet te krijgen. Door jouw nauwkeurige aanpak ligt er een realistische en concurrerende aanbieding waarmee projecten succesvol kunnen worden aangenomen én uitgevoerd.
