Zur kulinarischen Unterstützung unseres Cateringteams suchen wir ab sofort einen 1 Junior Chef (all genders) DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET

* Zubereitung von hochwertigen Gerichten entsprechend den vorgegebenen Rezepturen und DoN Standards

* Erfahrung gehobene Küche auf Hauben Niveau

* Erfahrung in der Systemgastronomie von Vorteil

* Warenwirtschaft (Warenannahme, Verwaltung des Lagerbestands, Inventur)

* Einhaltung aller gängigen Vorschriften (z.B. HACCP, FIFO, Arbeitnehmerschutzgesetz)

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards in der Küche

* Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenteam, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche sicherzustellen

* erste Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie von Vorteil
