Bij een specialist in noodstroominstallaties in IJmuiden leer je complete installaties in bedrijf te stellen: van motoren en generatoren tot schakelinrichtingen, besturingen en brandstofsystemen. Als Junior Commissioning Engineer controleer je of deze onderdelen samen betrouwbaar en veilig functioneren volgens de technische specificaties. Je begint onder begeleiding van een ervaren commissioning engineer en groeit stapsgewijs naar het zelfstandig uitvoeren van eerst kleinere en later complexere projecten. Ongeveer 70% van je tijd werk je in het buitenland. In de dagelijkse praktijk bereid je tests voor, analyseer je meetresultaten en leg je bevindingen vast voor de overdracht aan de klant. Je werkt samen met commissioningcollega’s en project-, ontwerp- en installatieteams. Via een gericht inwerkprogramma, cursussen en begeleiding verdiep je je in generatorbesturing, FAT en SAT en het in bedrijf stellen van brandstof- en ureasystemen. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen bij het voorbereiden, uitvoeren en rapporteren van FAT en SAT - Generatoren gestructureerd testen en meetresultaten beoordelen op werking en veiligheid - De werking van het eigen ontwikkelde generatorbesturingssysteem leren doorgronden en controleren - Onder begeleiding motoren, generatoren en schakelinrichtingen in bedrijf stellen - Leren inbedrijfstellen van brandstof- en ureasystemen - Installaties toetsen aan veiligheidsnormen, technische specificaties en projectvereisten - Testresultaten en uitgevoerde werkzaamheden vastleggen in overdraagbare rapportages Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Scheepvaart, Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica - Sterke elektrotechnische basis en een nauwkeurige, veiligheidsbewuste werkwijze - Bereidheid om circa 70% van je tijd in het buitenland te werken - Leergierigheid om noodstroominstallaties en generatorbesturingen grondig te leren kennen - Woonachtig op maximaal 1,5 uur reisafstand van IJmuiden - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in he.
